Bold and spicy, All The Bitter Chocolate Mole Bitters are loaded with peppers and deep, earthy flavors that are lifted by ginger and a backbone of bitter gentian.
Why No Alcohol?
Most cocktail bitters contain 35-45% alcohol by volume. Though when used at low volume the effect of this alcohol is limited, for those of us looking to enjoy an alcohol-free lifestyle, they present a bit of a conundrum.
The amazing husband and wife team at All The Bitter solved this problem by crafting some of the finest cocktail bitters that are 100% alcohol free. Now everyone is free to explore the wide world of bitters, without the guilt!
How to Use Bitters with Wine
For red wines, start by adding 1 full dropper of bitters and increase to 4-5 full droppers until you've reached the flavor profile you're looking for.
Make sure to stir, or give it a vigorous swirl, as the bitters are heavy and will sink to the bottom of the glass.
