How to Use Bitters with Wine
For red wines, start by adding 1 full dropper of bitters and increase to 4-5 full droppers until you've reached the flavor profile you're looking for.
Make sure to stir, or give it a vigorous swirl, as the bitters are heavy and will sink to the bottom of the glass.
