The wine is easy to skip. 6 PM is harder: dinner on the stove, your glass on the counter, nothing in it. Here's how to keep the pour and change only the bottle.

- 1

Decide your rule before the first
Dry January means different things. Some people go by nothing over 0.5%, others by nothing at all.
Every YOURS back label says it plainly: alcohol-removed wine, less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. If your rule is zero, this isn't your bottle.
Back label: less than 0.5% ABV - 2

Keep the 6 PM pour where it was
Same counter, same stemmed glass, same time. Swap the stem for a tumbler of seltzer and 6 PM starts to feel like a waiting room.
Pour a cold 5 oz glass of Washington Sauvignon Blanc: crisp, pale, made from Columbia Valley grapes.
About 25 calories a 5 oz glass - 3

Give each night its own bottle
A month of one wine gets dull. Sauvignon Blanc for fish, salads and anything with lemon.
Red Blend for the Friday steak or a pot of chili. Chardonnay for roast chicken and creamy pasta on Sunday.
Red Blend: 10 calories a glass - 4

Bring your own bottle to January plans
Birthdays and dinners don't pause for your month. Showing up with nothing to pour is what turns it into a conversation.
Bring a Chardonnay, pour it into the same glasses as everyone else, and keep eating.
One bottle pours five 5 oz glasses - 5

Stock the whole month in December
Running out mid-month means a grocery run for whatever's on the shelf. Order once, before New Year's.
At four glasses a week you open about one bottle a week, so a 4-bottle box covers the month.
Open bottle keeps 7 days, refrigerated
Your January, week by week
How many glasses do you pour in a normal week? Pick one. The plan and the box update.
A suggested mix. Swap any bottle in the box builder. Glasses = your weekly pace × 31 days, 5 glasses per bottle.
What each swap keeps of the glass
Sparkling water
Something cold in your hand. Nothing to swirl, and nothing that goes with the salmon.
A mocktail
A nice glass and a little ceremony. It's built from juice, syrup or tonic, so it tastes like a drink, not like wine.
NA beer
The after-work bottle. It's still beer, so it sits next to dinner the way beer does.
YOURS Sauvignon Blanc
The stem, the pour and the pairing. It's wine with the alcohol taken out, less than 0.5% ABV.
A box for the month
Mix Red Blend, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, 4 to 12 bottles. The more you stock, the more you save.

Build my January boxFrom people who kept the glass
I’m new to NA wines and decided to try a 4-pack from Yours to support my dry January goal. Have only tried the Sauvignon Blanc so far and was very pleasantly surprised. It could have easily passed for an alcoholic SB. … I would drink this anytime - not just during “dry” periods.

I look forward to having a glass with dinner each evening. Took me a long time to find a non alcoholic wine that was enjoyable to drink.

I love this!!! It’s got such great taste and comparative to many Sauv Blancs WITH alcohol.

The Chardonnay has a satisfying flavor and gives me the feeling of drinking wine. Most non alcoholic wines don't do this for me.

Any last questions?
Does it count for Dry January?
That's your rule to set. Every bottle is alcohol-removed wine, less than 0.5% ABV. If your month means nothing over 0.5%, it fits. If it means nothing at all, it doesn't. Pregnant, nursing, in recovery or on medication? Less than 0.5% is not zero, so show your doctor the label first.
How many bottles do I need?
A 750 mL bottle pours five 5 oz glasses. At four glasses a week, January is about 18 glasses, so 4 bottles. Use the plan above for other paces.
How long does an open bottle last?
Refrigerate it after opening and finish it within 7 days. At four glasses a week, that's one bottle a week.
Is the Sauvignon Blanc sweet?
About 1.5 g of sugar per 5 oz glass, with 0 g added. It's grown in Columbia Valley, Washington, and drinks crisp and pale.
