Not Drinking Tonight? 5 Steps to Still Have a Real Glass in the Toast
Early run tomorrow, Dry January, or you just don't feel like it tonight. You don't need a drink. You'd just like to raise the same glass as everyone else when the toast comes. Here's the plan.

First, the honest part
Every YOURS bottle says less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. That's very low, and it's not zero. If your rule tonight is nothing with any alcohol in it, keep that rule: pour sparkling water into the same stem, and the plan below still works.
The 5-step plan for a night off
None of it takes more than a minute. All of it happens before the toast.
-

Read the label 01 Step one
Pick your rule before you leave the house
Decide at home, not at the table with a server waiting. Either it's YOURS in a wine glass, or it's sparkling water in a wine glass.
The back label tells you exactly what you're choosing: alcohol-removed wine, less than 0.5% ABV, contains sulfites. Whichever you pick, the next four steps are the same.
-

Bring your own 02 Step two
Bring your own bottle, matched to the menu
Hosts plan for the drinkers. The guest who's skipping it tonight gets whatever's in the fridge door. So bring your bottle, and match it to dinner: Red Blend for pasta or steak, Chardonnay for roast chicken or fish, Sauvignon Blanc for snacks on the patio.
One 750 mL bottle pours about five 5 oz glasses. Enough for you and a friend who's also skipping the alcohol. See bottles from $25.99

At the door 03 Step three
Hand it to the host the minute you walk in
Say it once: "This one's mine, and anyone's who wants it." Ask for it in the fridge or on the table, not behind the bar where you'll have to go looking.
Now the host knows where your glass comes from, and you never have to flag anyone down for "something else."
-

Same stem 04 Step four
Ask for the same glass as everyone else
Not a tumbler. Not the mug with the chip in it. The same tall stem that's at every other seat.
It's a small ask, and it changes the whole night. A wine glass of Chardonnay looks like a wine glass of Chardonnay, so nobody at the table stops to ask what you're having.
-

The toast 05 Step five
Top up before the toast, then leave the bottle behind
When someone taps a glass for the speech, get a fresh pour so you're raising something real. You took the night off. You were still in the toast.
When you head out, the open bottle stays with the host. It keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days, so none of it goes to waste.

Best na chard I have had. Shared with a friend yesterday and she loved it as well!

A very nice red blend! A bit tart, but that’s ok. Good with beef and with tomatoes!

Had a friend recommend these so i gave this sampler a try. Pleasantly surprised. Wasn't expecting there to be much flavor, but these do a pretty good job.

The Sauvignon Blanc is my favorite so far . Much better than any other AF wine I’ve tried !

Before you RSVP
How much alcohol is in it?
Less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, the U.S. line for non-alcoholic. Very low, but not zero. If your rule tonight is nothing with any alcohol, keep it and pour sparkling water into the same stem.
Is it actually wine?
Yes. Each one is made as wine, then the alcohol is removed. The label reads "Alcohol-removed wine." Red Blend and Chardonnay are from California, Sauvignon Blanc from Washington's Columbia Valley. All three contain sulfites.
How long does an open bottle keep?
Refrigerate it after opening and finish it within 7 days. That's why step five leaves it with the host.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship in 2–3 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3–5 days. Free over $89 to the 48 contiguous states, otherwise standard shipping from $14.99. First order ships free with code FIRSTPOUR, no minimum. Order about a week before the party to be safe.
