Each order of YOURS is packed with care and shipped within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information you can use to follow your shipment in transit.
Our standard shipping generally takes 3-5 days to arrive based on your location. All other orders will include a shipping cost that directly reflects our cost to carefully ship our wine to you.
If you can't wait to pour yourself a glass of YOURS, expedited shipping is available at checkout. These orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, and will generally arrive within 2-3 business days. The cost of expedited shipping will vary based on your location and order size, and will be calculated during checkout.
Here at YOURS, our goal is to make every order perfect. But we understand that sometimes this just isn't the case. And when it's not, we do everything we can to make things right.
While we pack each order with care to ensure safe travels, with glass bottles, there is always a chance that things break during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please know how truly sorry we are, and that we will immediately work to get you a replacement.
