Ceder’s Non-Alcoholic Gin Fizz Recipe

Cedar’s Non-Alcoholic Gin Fizz Drink

It’s been nearly 150 years since the first recipe for a Gin Fizz appeared in print.

In that time, not a whole lot has changed. And why should it? With its unique, delicious blend of botanicals, citrus, sugar, and protein (egg white), the Gin Fizz is about as classic as a cocktail can be. And even though it may look extra fancy when you order one at a bar or restaurant, the Gin Fizz is surprisingly easy to create, too!

With its great looks and taste, our team could not resist coming up with an alcohol-free Gin Fizz recipe. And after quite a bit of trial and error, we’ve landed on what we believe to be the perfect non-alcoholic version of this classic cocktail!

Crafted using Ceder’s Classic Distilled Non-Alcoholic Gin, our Gin Fizz mocktail brings together all the classic ingredients of the drink – the botanicals, the citrus, the sugar, and the protein – and combines them into a bright, tart, deliciously foamy alcohol-free cocktail. And the best part? Though it looks super fancy, this drink is super easy to craft right at your home bar!
